resources
using html and css to make a website
this list is coming from an absolute beginner who has no idea how to code and used these tools to get started :)
templates/coding
- sadgrl.online - sadness has an amazing tool to jumpstart you with a layout, which i initially used, and their blog resources for customising the template and beyond!
- w3schools.com - this has been the most useful site throughout the whole process. it has been my first go-to whenever i have a problem or question about html or css funtions
- also as a side note, using the 'inspect' tool on a browser has also been incredibly helpful on pages that i admire, or even my own pages to troubleshoot
- htmlcolorcodes.com - has bunch of different options for picking colours

gifs
- planet-gif.com - this site has a HUGE number of gifs, however it is entirely in german
